I. Glossary
1. Testing Period – 30 days counted from the moment the Participant receives the shipment with the Product.
2. Promotion Organizer – WM Brands sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw at Dziupli 12, 02-454 Warsaw, NIP: 5223098659, REGON: 368086172, registered under KRS number: 0000691342, with a share capital of 30,000.00 PLN.
3. Promotion – the "Satisfaction Guarantee" promotion, conducted under the terms set forth in this Regulation.
4. Product – the product selected by the Promotion Organizer, covered by the Promotion, as specified in § II, section 1 of the Regulation.
5. Regulation – this regulation.
6. Store Regulations – the regulations concerning the Store
7. Store – the online service available at www.seysso.pl.
8. Participant – a natural person meeting the participation conditions set forth in § IV of this Regulation
9. Order – the Participant's declaration of intent to take part in the Promotion under the terms set forth in this Regulation
II. Postanowienia ogólne
1. 2. The Promotion runs from December 2, 2024, to February 28, 2025, until 11:59 PM or until stocks of the Products are exhausted.
3. To take part in the Promotion, access to the Internet and a web browser are required.
4. The Promotion is valid within the territory of Poland.
III. Promotion Rules
1. The Promotion consists of the Participant purchasing a Product and testing it for 30 (thirty) days from the moment the shipment is received. If the Participant is dissatisfied with the chosen Product, they can return it and receive a full refund.
2. The Product covered by the Promotion must be returned within 7 (seven) days after the end of the Testing Period.
3. The Promotion is valid during the period specified in § II, section 2 of the Regulation.
4. The Participant must familiarize themselves with the Regulation before starting to participate in the Promotion.
5. The Participant may take part in the Promotion only once during its duration.
6. The Participant may place an Order for only one Product covered by the Promotion.
IV. Participation Conditions
1. The Promotion is directed to natural persons who are fully legally capable.
2. By taking part in the Promotion, the Participant accepts its terms and conditions.
V. Returns and Complaints
1. To return a tested Product that does not meet expectations, the Participant must complete a dedicated return form available at: https://media.user.com/uploads/t9oh2f-shopdent/formularz-zwrotu-gwarancja-satysfakcji_u5lIbOG.pdf within 7 days of the end of the Testing Period. The Product must be sent to the following address: Jana Kazimierza 25B/U3, 01-248 Warsaw.
2. To receive a refund, the entire Product must be returned, including all components of the set.
3. The Participant is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the return of the Product to the Store, after a positive verification of the contents of the received package.
5. Complaints related to non-conformity with the agreement for Products purchased under the Promotion will be considered in accordance with the rules set forth in the Store Regulations (available at https://seysso.pl/pl/terms/reklamacje-33.html).
6. The Participant can withdraw from the agreement without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. They should submit a statement of withdrawal from the agreement and follow the return procedure as per the Store Regulations.
VI. Final Provisions
1. The administrator of the Participant’s personal data is the Promotion Organizer. Details on the processing of personal data are available in the Store's privacy policy.
2. Any issues not covered by this Regulation shall be governed by the Store Regulations (under which the Order was placed).
3. In the event of a change to this Regulation, Orders will be processed under the Regulation in effect at the time of the Order placement.
