Instructions for Returning Products Purchased Online
At SEYSSO, your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer convenient and simple return and complaint procedures.
General Terms: You have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods. The conditions and return method are as described below:
Return Conditions
- Return Restrictions: To ensure the highest level of hygiene and safety for all our customers, certain products, due to health protection reasons, cannot be returned once unsealed.
- Returning Bundles: If you purchased a bundle of products, we can only accept the return of the entire set. This ensures full value and satisfaction for all our customers.

Documents to Include: Please include a completed formularza zwrotu of purchase (receipt, invoice, or sales confirmation). This will help us process your return quickly and efficiently.

Return Address: Please send your parcel to: Shop Dent Sp. z o.o., Warsaw Distribution Center, Hall D, Dock D8 and D9, ul. Szyszkowa 35/37, 02-285 Warsaw, Poland.
We guarantee that every return will be reviewed with due care.
Damaged Shipments
We strongly recommend checking the parcel upon delivery, in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage, you have the right to refuse the shipment—this is essential for the complaint procedure. In such cases, a damage report must be filled out with the courier.
Please inform us immediately of the refusal by sending the damage report to our email or contacting us by phone. This will allow us to promptly send a replacement and file a complaint with the courier service.
If you choose to accept a damaged shipment, please notify us immediately, attaching photos of the damaged outer packaging and damaged products. This will allow us to properly assess and handle the situation.
