Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions
If the delivered goods are found to be defective, the Customer may, at their discretion, exercise warranty rights—provided the goods are covered by a warranty (within the warranty period)—and the statutory rights against the Seller under implied warranty (within the period prescribed by law). Warranty rights and implied-warranty rights are independent of each other.
The Manufacturer (“Guarantor”) offers an extended warranty (“Warranty”) on selected products from its range displayed on the Store’s website, under the following conditions:
The Manufacturer (“Guarantor”) grants an extended warranty (“Warranty”) on selected products from its assortment presented on the Store’s site, provided they were purchased through the official online shop at www.seysso.pl. Products bought at brick-and-mortar outlets do not qualify for this Warranty. The Warranty is granted under the terms set out below:
1. The warranty period for the purchased product is 12 months from the expiration date of the standard manufacturer’s warranty, which lasts 2 years from the documented date of purchase (invoice or receipt).
2.The extended warranty must be purchased during the order process for the specific product. After purchasing the extended warranty, the Manufacturer ("Warrantor") will send the customer an appropriate confirmation to the email address provided in the order form. This confirmation must always be attached to the warranty claim.
3. The warranty only covers specific products and does not apply to accessories (excluding chargers) (e.g., tips, cases, etc.).:

4. The extended warranty does not limit, exclude, or suspend the buyer’s rights under the warranty or statutory rights for product non-conformity (the statutory warranty).
5. The extended warranty does not apply to (1) individuals who are entrepreneurs whose purchase is directly related to their business activities; (2) legal entities; and (3) organizational units without legal personality, granted legal capacity under the law. Claims from such individuals or entities are considered invalid.
6. During the warranty period, the product should not be repaired beyond the instructions provided in the user manual. Alterations to the product’s design are also prohibited without prior approval from the Warrantor.
7. To maintain the warranty, the user must follow the instructions in the user manual.
8. The warranty does not cover services that the user was required to perform themselves, such as maintenance tasks outlined in the user manual.
9. The repair time may be extended due to the delivery time of spare parts.
10. The product service under the warranty does not cover any additional costs incurred by the buyer, such as setup costs, etc.
11. To use the warranty, the buyer must first notify the Warrantor. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.
12. If any defects or malfunctions occur, the product should be immediately turned off, disconnected from the power supply, and access should be restricted to unauthorized individuals. The Warrantor must be notified immediately.
13. To file a warranty claim, the buyer must inform the Warrantor about the defects, provide documentation for verification, and send the product to the Warrantor’s address.
14. If the product needs to be returned to the manufacturer, the buyer will be notified within 14 days of filing the warranty claim.
15. Claims can be submitted electronically to the email address provided by the Warrantor at the beginning of the warranty terms.
16. The Warrantor will respond within 14 days from the date of receiving the product from the buyer, informing them about the next steps.
17. The cost of shipping the product covered under the warranty is borne by the Warrantor.
18. Claims will not be processed if the required documents are not attached, if damage symptoms are not provided, or if the returned product is incomplete (e.g., not returned in its original packaging or an alternative package that ensures secure transport and storage conditions).
19. It is prohibited to break any factory seals or remove serial numbers or model markings from the device.
20. The warranty allows for either repair or replacement of the equipment. The Warrantor will decide whether the product should be replaced if repair is not feasible. If replacement is also not possible (due to long wait times, model withdrawal, etc.), the Warrantor may decide to refund the price.
21. PWarranty Exclusions: The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
● Damage resulting from improper transport by the buyer, use of non-original spare parts, or misuse of the product.
● Surface damage (scratches, abrasions).
● Damage caused by connecting the product to an incompatible electrical system.
● Damage due to loss of the product.
● Damage occurring outside the warranty period.
● Damage caused by improper storage or maintenance.
● Damage caused by faulty or unprofessional connection to the installation.
● Damage caused by unauthorized interference or modifications.
● Damage caused by external forces such as frost, fire, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
● Damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions in the manual or improper performance of required maintenance.
● Damage to products with a removed or damaged serial number.
● Minor quality differences not affecting the product’s value or usability.
22. The Warrantor does not guarantee compatibility with third-party devices or parts, and any incompatibilities arising from this do not fall under the warranty.
23. The Warrantor is not responsible for any damages caused by the failure of the purchased product.
24. The Warrantor is not liable for damages resulting from defects, such as accidental equipment damage not caused by the product’s inherent defects.
25. The warranty is only valid with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice). The warranty card without the purchase document is invalid.
26. The warranty is valid only for products purchased within Poland.
27. The terms of data processing related to the warranty are governed by the privacy policy available on the store’s website.
