At SEYSSO, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 2-year warranty on our products. If you encounter any issues with your device, please follow the steps below to ensure your complaint is handled efficiently and smoothly:
1. Warranty Document
- Prepare a copy of your receipt or invoice.
If you no longer have the proof of purchase but less than two years have passed since the date of the purchase, please contact our complaint department directly at +48 22 112 38 18.
2. Complaint Form:
- For mail-in complaints, please fill out our online form, which you can find here Tutaj
- For in-person complaints, you may bring a filled form or fill it out on-site. This form is essential to process your complaint quickly.
- Please note: Under warranty, we can only offer repair or replacement of the device. If you wish to request a refund, please contact the original seller from whom you purchased the product.
3. What to Include in Your Complaint Package:
- The device handle and charger (brush heads and original packaging are not required),
- A copy of the warranty document,
- The complaint number issued after filling out the online form, or a description of the fault along with your contact information.
